The purpose of our work is to help team members understand each other’s business preferences to maximise performance. The process raises awareness of the team’s natural predispositions towards business activities, develops alignment and deepens understanding of how everyone can contribute.
The team process facilitated by Riva-Jones and can include the Team Dialogue Indicator™, the Bates ExPI™, PROPHET for pivotal relationships and teams and/or other team mapping tools.
The sessions provide both insight for the individual and team. Collectively the report highlights team dynamics and evaluates the team’s strengths and development areas. Teams are given immediate and valuable insights into shared preferences and blind spots. They are also given recommendations to enhance performance and optional exercises to support strategy implementation.
