I am so relieved and grateful that Sally Ann agreed to help our daughter. After a tricky time during which illness meant that our daughter was unable to pursue the career she had always wanted Sally Ann worked with her.  She was practical and sensible but also  kind and empathetic both with us and our daughter. She helped our daughter work through her strengths, weaknesses , concerns  and possibilities in an objective and non emotional way that was difficult for us as parents and gained our daughter’s trust. I was happy that our daughter could be open with her in a way that was hard  for her with parents. Sally Ann was thoughtful and imaginative in exploring other careers, starting with none of the preconceptions we had ourselves.  She introduced our daughter to useful and relevant contacts who were also able to advise her. In the event our daughter has found a career we would never ourselves have thought of in which (so far and touching wood) she is extremely happy. We are so happy to see our daughter once more purposive, confident and engaged in work she enjoys and this is thanks to Sally Ann.”
