The ‘Firework’ Career Coaching Process
The Career Coaching Process is designed to help individuals identify one or more possible careers. It consists of a series of structured exercises, ‘homework’ and one or more psychometric tests.
The coaching is bespoke and can vary from one session reviewing a CV or honing interview skills to a full career review. The latter can take anything between three months and six months depending on the intensity of the sessions and the individual’s readiness to implement the changes.
For more information: book a time to discuss the scope of the coaching in terms of goals and the estimated length of the assignment. This initial call is free of charge.
